Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland

An Irish professional accounting organization, often referred to under the shorter name of CPA Ireland. The institute had around 2,500 members in 2003; therefore, it is considerably smaller than the main Irish accounting and external auditing organization, the *Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. CPA Ireland is headquartered in Dublin, and it publishes a quarterly magazine, the CPA Journal of Accountancy, available in print and (partially) online formats. Web site: www.cpaireland.ie
