PwC A global accounting, auditing, and professional services firm. One of the *Big Four firms, PwC was established in its current form by the merger of Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand in 1998. (The merger was an important stage in the ongoing consolidation of the large accounting firms, and at the time it reduced the Big Six to the *Big Five.)
